Dafna grew up in Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico, and moved to Atlanta when she was 12 years old. The intersection of being both Mexican and Jewish has influenced her approach to cooking; bringing a unique perspective and taste to the table. Dafna attended the Culinary Institute of America where she obtained multiple scholarships and sponsorships. Additionally, this is where Dafna found her love for the Hudson Valley, which will be shown through Dafna’s Kitchen.
